Is any training required?
RealAtom platform is intuitive and easy-to-use, so users can start using it in just minutes. To those who are interested, we also provide quick-start demos that you can use to quickly orient your team, and can provide additional training support on request.
Does RealAtom have a mobile app?
We do not have an app but our webpage is mobile-friendly, which means you can access RealAtom using your mobile browser. Functionality works seamlessly whether you access it via mobile browser or desktop.
Does my IT team need to get involved?
Probably not. RealAtom is a cloud-based software that runs on the web so there’s no need to download. If our email notifications initially go to your spam folder, you may need your IT team’s help to get the emails white-listed.
What will happen when the program expires on August 31st, 2020?
We will notify you ahead of time before the free program ends. At that time, if you want to continue using RealAtom, we are happy to discuss with you the contract.
