If you’ve worked with RealAtom before, you’re probably very familiar with the loan package creation process and exchange of information and documents with the lenders through our quoting and communication tools. Our new analytics tools enable users to evaluate the best pricing of the deal and pick the most appropriate capital source.
An easier approach to real-time terms analysis
To help you or your client get better terms, we recently launched a set of brand new Market Analytics Reports. It gives you easy access to the most important pricing metrics and trends otherwise hidden in a multitude of quotes from lenders. Analyze historical and real-time quotes across your team’s portfolio to be able to size your next loan request faster and more accurately. Your clients will love you! No more spending time collecting data via user surveys, calling colleagues from different offices – instead you will have your pulse on the real-time data all day every day.
With our new Market Analytics Reports, you can bid farewell to endless sifting through excel documents and emails to find the few important metrics. RealAtom has the ability to:
- Easily analyze lenders’ level of interest in every deal in your pipeline: Our reports have been designed to give you quick access to the most important metrics on how your loans perform with your lenders.
- A unified view of lenders’ activities in relation to your loans across your entire company: All metrics around what lenders do with your loan applications are now aggregated and analyzed for you in one place. So all this data, including quotes, is unified. The data is aggregated in real-time meaning as soon as the lender performs an action metric becomes available!
- Convert metrics into actionable insights: By extracting the most relevant metrics with RealAtom analytics tools, you’re better equipped to distill concrete to-dos or advise your clients on insights into macroeconomic trends, for example how the market is pricing specific asset types in a specific location. BTW, an important thing to remember is that we incorporate into our analytics quotes from the deals that do not close as well as those that do. This way, you get a larger data set and a better understanding of the insight.
- Drill down into the details: Drill down into different loan requests across your entire team and see the quotes by lender type, asset type or geography, loan type, and many other factors.
What reports are available to you?
We’ve dedicated a lot of time analyzing the performance of all kinds of loan requests created with RealAtom and shared with lenders. Based on our experience and feedback from clients, we selected the most important reports for assessing your loan requests’ success.
All reports come with the ability to drill down into particular date ranges, filter down by multiple criteria, data export, and ability to zoom into the details. Right now the following reports are available: Rate, Amount, LTV, and DSCR.
What do you have to do to get the data?
All you have to do to get the data is to use the platform to send all of your loan requests to lenders. Encourage your lenders to log their quotes, (most of them already do that) for that you will have to respond via the platform as well. To build a 360° view across your team, ensure that any quote or term sheet which occasionally comes via email gets logged in the platform.
Will my competitor have access to the market report?
No, your market report will only contain quote data from the lenders that have quoted your own loan requests, hence anyone else will not be able to see your data and you won’t see anyone else’s reports.
